Use Python To Read A File Line By Line

Here's a demo of scripting a python file that can parse a file line by line using readlines. In general it's better to use a library like pandas to do this for you, but maybe you have a file that is a little wonky so you wanna run through it yourself, and if that's the case this is the way to do it.
