So, here, in the case of Estonia, as stated in the video, they had lesser man power to maneuver government operations, so they focused more on technology & the almighty "BlockChain Tech" did the rest of the job. But, we are still dependent on papers for most of our governmental works. Also, population & digital literacy are the biggest hurdles. The GoI is more focused in solving religious or communal matters in the first place tbh. They are "much worried" about the religions & their priorities. All the rest is secondary. I just declared my taxes, but it took me 5 minutes, but only because system was overloaded at the moment :D anyway it just took me to login and press submit button, because all the income data was already prefilled from banks and other databases.
