I know the comments section is going to be flooding with brand wars lol. So I'll be the one guy to say that they are both awesome cars. Yes, I'm a Ford guy, and I would get a Mustang before a Camaro. But that is my personal preference. If you want a Camaro, get a Camaro! If you want a Mustang, get a Mustang! Whatever makes you happy. I believe they are both great cars and fun to drive.

I own a 2015 5.0 6-speed on 20's and absolutely love it! The Camaro SS is a beast, as well, no doubt! I think the design of the Mustang will look great 10 years from now. The win for the Camaro SS is that they spent more time on the getting the best power to weight ratio than they did with the design of the car. I think both cars are great and it's all about a matter of personal choice. Kudos to Ford, Chevy, and Dodge for reigniting the muscle car war era for this generation. When I first saw the new design of the Mustang, I was instantly hooked! I walked away from the Japanese cars and even BMW/Mercedes Benz to get my 5.0 ... I don't care what anyone says, there is nothing like a big V8 under your right foot!

I love my 2016 Chevy Camaro SS V8! I have owned several mustangs and chevys, its all about what YOU want, nobody's prefrence makes a car better, buy what you want, both are fun cars.

MAN! I own a 2014 GT and this Camaro is beautiful! I hate the new mustang models. I have never owned a Camaro but this would definitely be my first one if I were looking at a muscle car purchase today.

Mustang GT is much hotter looking.
But 2016 camaro ss is better in every other way, performance, handling, brakes and a nicer looking interior, I got a 2015 mustang gt premium automatic, I absolutely love the way it looks, it's black on black on black, black exterior, black premium interior, I painted the 19inch rims glossy black, and 15% tints all around. I also painted the brake calipers red and put on a 10 inch carbon fiber stripe with 1/2 inch red outlines across the whole body, hood, roof and bumbers. I live in Manhattan NYC, I had this car for 11 months now and every single day there is at least 10 people that talk to me and tell me how beautiful it is. when it's parked outside infront of my job I see all types of people that stop and take pictures with it.
I used to have 2005 Benz CL55 amg, a 2009 BMW M3 , and most recently a 2012 Benz E550 coupe.
not one of those cars ever got people's attention and admiration that my 2015 Mustang GT gets. when I first saw the 2015 Mustang GT I fell in love with the look, I quickly sold my E550 and went to the dealership and they had my car sitting right on the showroom floor. it had all the options I wanted except the performance pack which does not come on auto, so I just financed it that same day.
Anyway my point is that I I really do enjoy driving it everyday day, I love the look especially after I blacked it out, I love the engine although sometimes I feel like it isn't fast enough for all the power it got. ( A 2003 E55 AMG had 469HP, 5.5 liter v8 would absolutely embarrass and decisively leave the Mustang GT in the dust even though waights atleast 500lbs more than the Mustang GT )
So my point is that the Mustang GT is a great fun car to drive. most ppl that see it puts smiles on their faces. But it does not even come close to the overall performance engineering of a German car with simular specs.

i likeboth cars but i still think the mustang looks better. I do like the camaros steering wheel and digital cluster features. Id have to flip a coin between the both of them to decide which to go with.

the cararo is the best car out there no car can beat that thing maybe for torque but races you can say byebye Mustang. what I'm trying to say is the cararo can beat the mustang know matter what.

The Mustang is better it can change colors 2:57 LOL, honestly they both look great, I wish I had both. If I was to trade in my Mustang it would be for the 1LE or ZL1.

They are both great cars and im sticking with my childhood dream car the mustang gt. So what if i see the camaro's tailights, at least i wont be spending a ton of money on speeding tickets like you all. Ill enjoy my country drives in a very nice muscle car while you all are working overtime to pay those fines. have fun
