I love this recipe and have cooked it many times! Did I miss something ? I didn’t see pineapple to be added into the rice in the written recipe.

What type of curry powder did you use? There are so many different varieties.

@marion, may I know what curry powder is used? I'm from Malaysia, so we have both meat and fish curry powder. Can we add some turmeric powder to give it more yellowish color?
