In todays world, no one gives a damn about you, not even your friends and it's the harsh reality.

I have never felt ashamed of feeling or expressing my pain until it's over. No matter how I would be marked as negative or pessimistic I still decide to dive to the bottom of my pain rather than escaping because I know when I come up to the surface again everything won't be the same as it was.

The thing about everyone looking at their phones is so true. I’m a very shy, quiet person but I do want to try to improve my social skills, talk and connect with people. Like seriously people, when you’re in public try putting down the phone from time to time. I personally have started greeting every person that passes me by while I go for walks/jogs and ask them how they’re doing. Yes, I much rather stare at the ground, but growth only occurs when we push ourselves out of our comfort zone!
