The lady in the jumpsuit is pure. She's just pure. She wasn't even reading her note she just said what she felt.

Joe is currently my radio teacher and he’s truly changed my view point on many things. He cares about his students and allows them to constantly chase their passions!

I was in Joe's radio class for two years in high school and I can genuinely say he's one of the best teachers I've ever had. He lets students explore their passions, be themselves, and have fun. The best thing about him is that if the student is energetic and wants to learn, Joe will reciprocate that same energy 120% back. I wish this video showed more of how he is in person

I was an anxious kid who used to stutter. I still remember my music teachers laughing at me after I struggled to put a sentence together at age 12. This memory stuck with me for the rest of my life! I then had a sociology teacher during my two final years of school who used to encourage me, praise and motivate me to always do better. She used to send me small emails congratulating me. I am now a lawyer and a large part of my job is talking, so I sometimes find it hard to believe how much life has changed all because of one teacher. Without her, I don't think I would even dream to pursue the career I have now.

Mrs. Thomaselli was the best chemistry teacher! It’s lovely to see her in this video! I remember going through depression and abuse at home, and no matter what? She held me accountable. Due to that for the first time in my life, I scored a 107% on a mid term. I had never been the top score because of my depression and poor work ethic.

The blonde girl. That story hit to close home and now I'm sitting on the toilet at work crying 😭

My girlfriend is a teacher and earlier this year she received a letter from a student telling her she changed his life. I’m so proud of her! All it takes is one good teacher to help a kids life.

I’m a teacher, and this made me cry. This is why WE teach. Even one life like this is worth a career of 35+ years!

I will never forget when my 5th grade teacher Ms.Saechao gave me my first referral ever for being a bad student. I remember thinking to myself “man she must hate me now” and it struck more fear not seeing her until the next day. I was nervous to approach her but when I did she said “new day, new feelings” and gave me the biggest smile. Ms.Saechao I always think of that line whenever things go wrong and I’m having a bad day. 2 quotes that I live by “new day, new feelings” and “just a bad day, not a bad life”

"I don't ever want a student to suffer in silence" murdered me. I emailed a professor in my university saying that I wasn't coming to class that day because I wasn't feeling mentally well and asked if I could have an extension on one of my projects.

Being a party school, I could have just made that up because I was hungover or something. He didn't have to believe me. BUT he gave a week extension on all of my projects and gave me a list of phone numbers if I needed to talk to anyone.

He was a competitive runner and always did marathons, but he recently broke his ankle and said he used these phone numbers to get him out of his depression. He for real didn't have to tell me that he understood or give me extensions or have a list of phone numbers for me, but he did and I appreciated it so much. By far my favorite teacher I've ever had.

i'm really glad to see how we're showing more appreciation towards our teachers recently, especially in public platforms.
THIS WAS A GREAT EPISODE.

"You sparked that idea that I'm worth more than I think I am" That is so powerful and so sad at the same time. I hate the fact that some kids think this way.

I NEVER cry. I can’t even remember the last time I cried. Yet Joe and Molly specifically brought a tear to my eye and choked me up. I can tell Joe is a sweet soul inside and out. Not saying these other incredible teachers aren’t of course. Joe just really hits home and reminds me of a teacher I once looked up to as a father.

That poor old man looked like he was going through some things himself. He was offering his student an ear and couldn’t even look her in the eyes. He really needed to hear this letter. I hope all the teachers and students in this video and all over the world can have someone that makes them feel special.

She absolutely does have a voice for broadcast. The deep, rich tones carry so well, she naturally projects. The speech impediment isn't even noticeable unless you're really looking for it.

My husband is a teacher and I've heard countless stories where students came to him crying - in crisis - panicked. I am always so proud of him when I her him speak to his students and they express to him how he made them feel better. More confident. Teachers - the good ones who are there for the sole purpose of helping their students - are unsung heroes in my book!

I am totally touched. As a nearly 30 years old guy with mental health problems from 18 years old, this video let me think of my high school English Mr.Huang. If I had not gotten the words " I think you will be good at your Chinese national college entrance exam" from him, I should have dropped out. Now I am a graduate student in the U.S. Thank you to my great English teacher.
