Amen. Just bought some chopped frozen spinach this weekend to sautée and add to my eggs in the morning for spinach and mushroom omelets 😉👍

I eat quite a bit of spinach & kale. They sustain, along with beets. no miracles just a Blessing they help sustain the body, so I can at 63, keep on keeping on.
