How do you downgrade the firmware? I can’t find an older version anywhere

I have “Upgrade failed” at the 0% progress bar when upgrading cameras. I tried many versions of the firmware. Nothing works. In Batch Configurator cameras are not listed, only NVR is. Could you please let me know how can I fix this issue?

Are the firmware files region-specific? If I purchased the DVR or NVR in Latin America or Europe can I use the same Firmware or do I have to go to a different website?

i did my using option 1 and the upgrade when all ok as your did, , but on dvr reboot only 1 of my 4k cameras is displaying video the other one that worked fine before the upgrade is just showing NO VIDEO now any help would be great thanks

Hallo i need the update that have wifi on dvrs systems cause i buy 300 mbps wifi adapter from hikvision brand but I don't got wifi section on network settings in my dvr pls i need your help

Nice Job BUT, what i am looking for its the simple solution, ,,Camera worked yesterday and because of power outage, , , , the cameras do not show, in the TV now what i see in the TV, , , , NO you make a move about that, I do not used them over the internet, , its just NVR Hikvision to more question do you do YOUTUBING about Russian camera LENSES, , , or i am confused someone also? Hi guys, after upgrading I noticed that I can only view 4 channels via the WEB interface, although I could view 16 channels before the upgrade? Am I missing a setting somewhere? Regards Harry.

Hello, I have a DS-7208HGHI-F2 my equipment has frozen in the starter on the first page and only shows < Embedded Net DVR > I saw some videos showing to unlock it will be necessary to use a USB-RS232 connected to the flash COM port + the TFTPServer APP + the PuttY - is this really necessary to update a froze or crashed firmware or there's an easily way to to this? My dvr works properly. Suddenly i cannot reach it via the hik-connect platform. I checked my internet connection with different DVR (same model and was connected successfully) . I tried also with factory reset but always i receive the error message 0x1007 .

Can you please support me?
