I love how it's DC's trinity (Superman, Wonder Woman, and Batman) that survived the Golden age of Comics.

Correction.... five superheroes survived the transition. Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, and Green Arrow. The latter two didn't have their own book, but continued uninterrupted in the pages of More Fun Comics and Adventure Comics.

Lee and Kirby's run on FF was without question the most creative, influential comic book run ever. If you haven't read them yet, you won't be disappointed.
