These dudes are into this convo. They are giving the lines like they're calling a UFC match.

I remember having The Punisher's debut issue, the Demon in a Bottle arc, Frank Miller's Ronin, the Dark Phoenix Saga, Secret Wars, Crisis on Infinite Earths and the Superman/Spider-Man crossover- I used to have a lot of these comics but time and younger siblings took their toll. What a time for comics!

Loved this episode! I started reading comics in the mid to late 70's and remember all these topics like drugs and violence being discussed. As a poor Hispanic kid growing up in Miami, these were issues I could relate to.

The bronze age was my era of comics, I was born in 67' and started in with comics in the late 70's. I missed out on quite a bit before that but between reprints, compilations and the like I had at least a passing familiarity with most of it. Some days...some days I really wish I could go back, start sooner and be able to read them all again for the first time.

I literally just watched the silver age episode yesterday, subscribed to comic Tom, and wondered when the Bronze Age episode would premiere... and here we are. So, excited!

Personally, I think Wolverine is the most unique character ever made. His metal claws and skeleton are unique only to him. His character also introduced the healing factor when everyone else just had Super Durability.

Jesus, you guys just triggered a major memory of my mom taking me to the newsstand when I was a little kid and getting me comics! I had forgotten about that so thank you so much. Put a big smile on my face remembering that.

I prefer the Bronze Age. This age was starting to adapt darker stories and psychological trauma. The Bronze Age has some similarities to the Modern Age. Some of the Bronze Age stories are for younger audiences such as Ms. Marvel, Spider-Man, and Batgirl. In my opinion, I prefer the Bronze Age. I know the Bronze Age of Comics. After the Bronze Age, there's the Copper Age. I believe the Bronze and Copper Age of Comics, can be together as one era. Many people believed what if the Bronze Age of Comics still kept on going. For nearly 20 years. This explains why there's the Copper Age, known as the Post Bronze Age. The Copper Age, should be more like a companion and continuation of the Bronze Age. My idea naming for this era should be as "Bronze/Copper Age of Comics". Much like the Gold and Silver Age should be combined together. The Dark Age of Comics actually began with Rob Liefeld era and the start of the edgy aesthetic. This is why the Bronze and Copper should be combined together. This when the age of Patriotism and Innocence were slowly fading out. Which makes comics and other media be more philosophical, serious, mature, tragedy, and worth something fighting for. This is what feels like the beginning of the end.
