Same problem my heliosneo 16 pular lighting can not activate. I only active two times since it was three weeks in my hand. Now no pulsar lighting(RGP light)

I have a problem with my mine too. I don’t know if it doesn’t work I don’t have the same problem that you have but like I just want help to like fix it yours is different than mine so on mine the numb pad there’s a predator button in I just had my computer fixed and, now the predator numb pad button is not working and I need to play like games and my FPS keeps dropping because I need to change like to put it to gaming mode. It worked on my computer before this before it was fixed so my computer got fixed and I am pressing the predator button on my numb pad and it is not working.

I used it for 3 months but i had just unscrewed it once, Will they replace mine??? And yeah it got the same problem as yours

Windows key + B + Power button
Hold for 1 second

Or

Ctrl+shift+Windows+B+Power Button

The latter worked for me
