Prime minister pledges 'great reforming government'

Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer says he wants to "rebuild our public services" to "protect working people" and allow "more control in their lives".

Speaking at the Labour Party conference in Liverpool, the prime minister said the country needs to have "patience in the face of national renewal".

Labour has paid for 5000 beds daily in hotels all through this winter for illegal immigrants whether they are used or not. (Total waste of money)
Why not let the pensioners use those nice warm hotel bed spaces instead of sitting at home without the heating on due to the non payment of winter fuel allowance. I've paid into this system for 52 years...never missed a beat and these idiots take it away from us.
