how come im not seeing the any media on the sd card when i load it up to my cpu? do we have to download it to the phone? also do we need to have an sd card in both the plane and the googles?

Hi Rob I'm having trouble getting the flight videos on my dji app on my phone from my dji fpv.. There saving on my goggles and I can view them but there not coming up on my album on my app.. Thought you mite know mate?

please I need help. I am trying to send flight data to dji care center cause I have lost my in water. its just stopped working in the air and dive in water. so they are asking for flight data. I do follow the procedure its its sync to your local device but when I connect my phone to my laptop flight record folder is not there. I tried everything but its not there so how can I send my data to dji. please let me know what to do?
