Davey, what is the magnification on your lamp? Some list the power as X3 or X5, etc. and some list the power in frigging diopters, whatever those are.. What power lamp and brand of lamp do you use?

I don't get how some people 'treat' their instruments to look like it fell down the stairs to make it appear 'vintage'. I would not hammer my car to do the same. Good job with the repairs. :)

How long do you leave between applying the lacquer softener and applying the touch up paint?

What is the black lacquer used? I didn't quite catch the label of the bottle that was shown blurred, at a 45 degree angle for 3 quarters of a nano second. My bad

Dave do you clean off the lacquer thinner prior to lacquer or does it evaporate?

Staples sell them for around $80. 3x magnification with a florescent light. Works great. Later man.

I don't like reliced guitars, in fact I hate them. But I think naturally dinged up guitars are pretty cool, personally.
