To me, there's this one Video or Youtube Short discussed about how Jews came to Japan when Germany and Italy agreed on the Anti-Semetic/Jewish Agreement, then this one Japanese Official came to register their Visas to Japan, therefore they are that existing but never aware how they are there as the Japanese Government really not the type to spread this news.
