Hi guys! I have also filmed some past paper questions practice on this topic. Hope you find it helpful and good luck in exam prep!

I have watched multiple videos on YouTube to understand this topic. But only this one helped me a lot in understanding. Thank you!

for calculating phase difference could you calculate the difference in the number of wavelengths each wave has travelled to point P as well? 7:20

Amazing videos!, I've been using these videos recently as I have my as level exams in a couple of weeks.
Just a question how did you measure the pd on the bottom wave during 2:45 to be 90 degrees.

yeyy this video was so helpful I made alot of flashcards🤩 I am a bit confused on the path difference being measured in radians though as it wasnt mentioned in your video so is it something i dont need to worry about knowing?

Thank you for this video - I found it really helpful and informative. I just have a question about coherence, for 2 waves to be coherent, do they have to have the same frequency OR wavelength or the same frequency AND wavelength (along with having a constant phase relationship)

What will the type of interference be if the Phase Difference = 180° and Path Difference = λ/2

Hi! I have a question: at 2:06, how is the path difference between the two waves 1/2 lamba? The waves start and end at the same place...

Sir, I love your videos as they help me a lot in my A-level journey, but I have a question. Won't we need to convert the wavelength from centremetres to metres in calculation?

7:33. If we just say the path difference is a multiple a of the wavelength, can we automatically assume that the phase difference is 0/360° or do we need to state it in an exam?

Hi! I can’t seem to understand what “n” is in path difference. Could you please explain? :(

Hello!
I have a question, what is the path difference between the 2 waves is 0 lambda but they are out of phase by 180 degrees, won't they still undergo destructive interference? And if so then when does the (n + 1/2 lambda) rule apply?

hi,
2:04 what if the wavelength of the two waves are different, what do you put down for the value of lamda
