It works on my pc, but when i try to download the playlist on my phone(Android) it doesn't work and says "Waiting for the download" but it doesn't start.Can you help me?

PLEASE HELP!!
I'm guessing that Spotify has disabled this feature since nothing works but i'll ask anyway.
My Problem is that the song is grayed out and has a little gray exclamation mark below the title. The song is marked as downloaded but still not playable. I tried with firewall off, same wifi, different wifi, internet app version of Spotify, Microsoft Store Version aswell as turned on the 'show unplayable songs' button but nothing works...
Is there a way to listen to Music or did Spotify completely 'ban' this option?
