US Vice President Kamala Harris is following through on her promise and is agreeing to face off against JD Vance in a debate.

Ms Harris previously said she would take on whoever was selected by Republican nominee Donald Trump to be his running mate.

JD Vance was confirmed on the ticket at the Republican National Convention.
