US vs. Canada Froot Loops...Shocking differences!

I've done many US vs Canada comparisons, but this has to be the wildest. Not only are the colours different, but the taste is very different! The American Froot Loops uses food colouring, but the Canadian version uses fruit juice for colour!

Coloured with fruit juice, i'm assuming fruit juice tastes better than chemical dye.

As a Canadian who moved down to the USA, I've noticed that a lot of the Canadian counterparts of American cereals tend to be like this and it has shocked me to my core!! 😅

I live in Canada and when I go to Wal Mart in the united states seeing the cereal isle is like going to a candy shop. It’s as if everything passes in the United States doesn’t matter how crazy it is.

I swear they used to be like the American ones before Canada started making a big deal about dyes

Our Canadian ones used to look like the American one back in the 90's

Yes Canada does food a little better than the usa but not as well as some other countries. There's still quite a large amount of crap being served to Canadians as well.

When the ingredients list starts off with a football play call it’s never a good sign. BLUE 42… DOWN, SET, HUT HUT! 😂😂😂

I’m in Detroit and I go to Windsor for snacks and candy. It is leaps and bounds better than the stuff we get here.

Fun fact, yellow 5 is also called Tartrazine and it’s in products sold in Canada ie: Tostitos Salsa Con Queso!
Thanks for the video, cheers!

As someone who’s allergic to food dye, I appreciate that here in Canada our food is dyed fairly naturally 😂

I'm surprised. Maybe the fruit juices add flavour? Go Canada!

I mean as a Canadian people and kids in Canada don't know that there is a brighter and better colour to the cereal so for them its satisfactory

I want the canadian Froot Loops; their version is so, so much easier to look at. Looks like it is actually made of fruits!
