Why in the world do they want to replace the F-16? I know its "old" but so what. With all the upgrades, etc its still a very capable fighter. We used to have them here in VT, but that was something like 4 or 5 years ago now. Since then we've had the F-35 . I really miss seeing the F-16 in the skies of VT. Especially when the A-10's would come over and do joint trainings. We retire things too soon. Like the F-14, and the A-6.
