A someone in my late 20s, my biggest regret is thinking that I was “tough enough” to “white knuckle” through tough situations that were bigger than was reasonable for me to expect to handle. I thought I was “strong” enough that mental health issues wouldn’t affect me, but I learned the hard way that that’s not how psychology works. Taking care of yourself isn’t weakness - it is strength, which allows you to set boundaries which actually allow you to be the person you want to be

This really hit me - I haven't taken a week off since 1988 - that's before you were born! I've followed your channel for a few years now, and have great respect for your content. That said, this really hit me when you said you age, and I adjusted my perspective. Started my business, and this is all I've done since. Maybe time to evaluate some decisions!! Thank you!

The First rule is - ALWAYS use a retirement account. ROTH IRA is the smartest account a person can use.

I worked 70 hours a week from 22-23 years old. I then took all of that money and dumped it into a car because fast and the furious. I then blew the engine, replaced it and sold the car.

Do not be like me.
