Here's a quick and tasty appetizer to serve at your next party, fish balls. With hints of true Caribbean flavors, these fish balls are a bit spicy, with a crunchy exterior and fluffy interior. By using fresh cod fish (any white fish will work), you have something similar to fish cakes, but with more Caribbean vibe.

no offense... what people don't realize is that I try to explain everything and it comes across as talking too much. Additionally, I don't have an editor as the food network shows, so I go with all the footage I filmed. Hope you understand as it's one of those things people just don't want to get.

Chris i usually make my fishballs with saltfish but i boil out of the salt and a tangy curry mango for the dipping sauce.I loved what you doing keep it up my Trini brother.

I made some of these the other day, but I used red snapper. I lightly steamed my fish first and it crumbled real nice for the other ingredients. These are amazing, no matter what fish you use....just delish!!

Mmmm those fish balls look good, and you get around 24 out of 450g of fish. I would put them in warm pitta bread pockets with some salad and some tartare sauce. You could part fry them and freeze them too, then fry them until finished from frozen. Another great recipe Chris!
