Thank you so much for being a great trainer!!!! I used these for my first 5k at 45 and feel it made me faster and less tired even though I just got over covid and hadn't been able to train much!!!! I had been running wrong for 33 years....

Fun fact I had no idea how to run before this video. Even though I have run a lot. I've been doing it wrong this whole time. I strike the floor in front me instead of beneath my body. Thank you for the advice. Definitely giving these drills a go.
