Police targeted by protesters in Snohomish, Pierce counties

Two incidents involving two police departments are raising concerns. Protesters showed up at a residence of Seattle Police Chief Carmen Best in Snohomish County over the weekend. In Puyallup, someone left a message written in chalk outside an officer’s home.
