Sea Breeze 2013: NEO Exercise

Exercise Sea Breeze 2013begins in Odessa, Ukraine encompassing two weeks of various training and operational events. Co-hosted by the United States and the Ukraine navies, with 14 participating countries, Sea Breeze 13 is a combined air, land and maritime exercise designed to improve maritime safety, security and stability in the Black Sea.
