How to use paddle shifters in Audi

Easy tutorial for using paddle shifters in your Audi. This example is a 2019 Audi A4 sedan. You can use the paddles anytime and go back to automatic mode by holding on the right side paddle.

I have an integral Audi A5 of 252 HP year 2017. When I use the stronic in manual mode when upshifting it doesn't engage instantly. There is usually a delay, especially when I do it at low revs. Vehicle has 8000 miles on it, practically new. would this be normal?

Thanks for the info, but I have a question . I have 2021 A5 some time I my car will move at 2-5 MPH without meet on the gas an I feel the trans making a noise when I pull off for awhile could I have put it in manual ?

How do you know when to downshift? I tried in my s3 and it starts to ROAR and go all the way into the red line. What am I doing wrong

You dont need to hold the paddle yo go back into drive it just does it itself after a few seconds
