Today on the Matt Walsh Show, a court just struck down the Nasdaq's DEI policies. 2024 is the year that killed DEI—this is a fitting way to end it. Also, Nancy Mace gets physically assaulted by an LGBT activist. A Democratic congresswoman essentially admits that the mainstream media is a propaganda arm of the Democratic Party. And, Leftists are mad at the new seasons of “Squid Game” because a male actor was hired to play a "trans woman." But that's what a "trans woman" is, so, what's the problem?

Regarding DEI, here's how this actually works...
The problem is that incompetent organizations and groups wanted more diversity in positions for which they traditionally do not apply and so, instead of instituting an awareness and training program, they simply lowered the standards to bring in people for whom the qualifying criteria would otherwise exclude them. Do you see the problem? Because the Leftists who institute these policies are bigoted racists, they believe that these diverse groups are incapable of qualifying, so they instead lower the bar. This ensures that the diverse hires are unqualified by design. This policy is not only damaging by ensuring incompetent people are installed in critical positions, but it also gives the illusion that diverse people are incompetent. The reality is this policy harvests incompetence no matter the group. These racists targeted women and minorities so that is the incompetent group we get here but this policy will yield incompetence from whatever group you aim it at.
You might be connecting the dots at this point that, because the group in control is incompetent, we get policies that gather yet more incompetence into the fold & if you play that math out it ends with mountains of bodies. As evidenced by collapsing bridges and falling planes, your intuition is correct. If you have made that connection, you might next be struck by the revelation that every totalitarian regime ends in mountains of bodies and therefore, incompetence must be at the root of every one of these endeavors. ...Precisely right.

No-one on the left had any issue with blacks being cast as British royalty, with blacks being cast as being vikings, with a black being cast as Cleopatra. Sounds to be as not portraying characters the right way. Can anyone imagine the uproar if a white was being cast as Shaka Zulu, or as Nelson Mandela? But the other way around is apparently fine. Same with this crap; so a male actor is pretending to be a trans-woman is not right? These people don't have any kind of logic at all.

It would be a perfect defense for such an accused man, to say this is a violation of equal protection -- The woman was identically situated, yet the state chooses to only prosecute him. There is no legitimate argument against this defense. Either they charge both people or neither.
