Normally you fight Corrupted Monk by parrying, divine confetti, battling as normal, but you can actually beat the boss without fighting in one shot...

You can still do this but with contact medicine and mist raven. Run behind the monk then apply contract medicine and activate mist raven, its tricky but doable.

Steps to one shot (only 1 item and like 5-15 spirit emblems)
Requirments:
1. Contact medicine (x1)
2. Mist raven prosthetic tool.
Steps:
1. Sneak around the map and behind corrupted monk
2. Stand near her right arm
3. Equip contact medicine (slow poison)
4. Use mist raven (when you go up you have some chance of deathblowing. If it doesnt show deathblow circle, try to do mist raven again. You can use mist raven in a single try as many times as spirit emblems you can store.)

Think about it like this, if you cheese this boss, you probably won’t beat the game. Corrupted Monk is where the game truly clicked, without fighting the monk fair and square I wouldn’t have been able to beat the Owl which is right after this boss.
