I use extra virgin olive oil for everything (even baking occasionally!) I use avocado oil only for grilling or searing steaks on the stove.

😂😂 Loved the paused conversation because I was like ohhhh heck no I use ANIMAL FAT FOR EVERYTHING 🤣🤣 Not everyone follows the same diet and educating them on different flavors with the oils you use is great 😁 But seed oils are a no for me. Too many defense chemicals.

I use coconut for high smoke cooking, avocado for neutral recipes - things like chili oils, and EVO typically just in savory recipes, especially Italian type cuisine
