US printed tonnes of money but its USD value didn't depreciated. However, when US manipulate with fluctuation of interests, many countries affected causing the collapsed of countries, companies and even lost of precious lives due to rioting etc. eg. Sri Lanka, Lebanon etc.
In fact both printing and manipulation of interest rates are illegal and immoral.
