Thanks for the video advise. I did note you categorized on the first minute of the video 1099 employee. I believe they are one or the other. 1099 would be considered a contracted person and not an employee. Workman s compensation uses a questionnaire to determine wether a person is a 1099 or an employee.

Does the company do the reimbursement process for you when you want to claim insuramce money or do you communicate directly with the insurance company even though it was given to you from your employer? Also at a business who do you have to go to to ask questions on how you would use your insurance program?
