That unlawful, oath-breaking cop Kalaf needs to be personally charged and sued for battery. The arrogant woman should have been fired- she's a total disgrace. The internal affairs division attempted to cover up the wrongdoing and the Lt. was calling Sean a liar. The complaint was inaccurate and clown Kalaf's statements were full of lies. Shame on this department for their incompetence and crimes.

The first thing Ofc. Kalaf says is "Turn it off or I will take it from you.", referring to your cell phone. So he knew right away that it was a phone/camera and not a gun. He also tipped his hand that it was his desire to strip it from you to keep you from videoing. He then keeps repeating, "Turn it off" as he reaches for it. So now he has a violation of your rights as well as proven lies on his official report. I imagine a promotion is in line for Kalaf.
