I like how the the ranking kinda sounds like a school test. An average level of 7(like 70) would be a passing grade, so 4 universes passed and don’t have to take the final exam(tournament of power). The ones who lose the tournament will be erased(or fail their school year). Sorry to bring school into your favorite show, the person reading this.

What always confused me was why the angels would even be spared. It’s not like they do anything outside of teaching their assigned God of Destruction, so without one to teach what would they do? Just sit in the Angel Realm and file paperwork? I guess they’d just be on standby until Zeno inevitably gets bored and makes more universes but at that point why not just make new angels?
