2 Garlic Cloves.
3 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar.

Common, Mr Skewer(.... This is not russian shaslik. We make it mostly with pork neck (or chicken), marinated for night in onion smashed with salt, black pepper. Also we can add optionally fresh basil leaves, fresh coriander leaves and seeds, persian cumin, georgian khmeli-suneli mix. Find шашлык in youtube to see it.
