Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion: Permanentely fortify Attributes/Skills

Hey guys today im going to show you how to permanetaly fortify your attributes so your character can be as buff as mine :P

This will be my fourth time attempting to play Oblivion. I've always got discouraged by the awful leveling system and trying to min-max, always burning myself out. This one video has essentially saved the game for me. Thank you!

Wow! I admit I was skeptical, but this really works. It's a little tedious but I can't argue about the results. Well worth the time invested. And you can sell the rings afterwards for some quick cash. Thanks for the info!

@HazyGhost1976 I bought mine at the Mystical Emporium in Imperial City, I'm pretty sure they have fortify skill/Attribute scroll there. Hope this helped, I haven't played oblivion in a couple months so I'm a little rusty.

I'm playing Oblivion on a used Ps3 in 2023 😎 I enjoy grinding my way up slowly.
EDIT after exactly 500 hours of gameplay I got the heinous A-bomb glitch, I cannot continue due to freezing and doors not opening.. I was just going to start the main quest after exploring 90% of all the locations... I'm pretty much devastated, at level 59 so close to capping everything to 100... what a shame.. /EDIT

I must admit though that I used this glitch to raise my carry weight, and later I will fortify my magicka.

when i fortified my illusion skill to 100 it says i im still an apprentice and i cant use any illusion spells that require a skill level of 100 :(

@KillerMrPablo8 I got it from killing an enemy during the "Shivering Isles" main questline. I forget the name of the enemy but they are quite common so finding one shouldn't be difficult assuming of course you have the shivering isles DLC.

alright i got a few questions, if i may, i got the downloadable content for this so i automatically got the altars of spellmaking/enchanting but i can't find any spells that matter...ie. chameleon, fortify skill/attribute, please

I don't have "fortify atribute", doesn't appear, only fortify magicka. Anybody knows why? Do i have to buy some specific spell?
