Descriptions:
This meter is a small tool for the engineer, electronic maintenance and factory. It is very easy to test plug-in and SMD devices, it can also test different kinds of diodes, triodes, thyristors, MOSFET, enable to analysis the device type, the polarity of the pin, the output HFE, the valve voltage, the junction capacitance of the FET.

Notes:
Before testing the capacitor, be sure to discharge it, otherwise it may damage the internal circuit.
If using DC power supply, please choose DC 9V - 12V adapter (including 9V and 12V)
It is powered by 1pcs of 9V 6LR61 battery, when the battery power is under 6V, please replace it with a new one.

Parameters:
Resistor: 0 - 50M ohm Resolution: 0.01 ohm
Capacitor: 25pF - 100mF Resolution: 1pF
Inductor: 0.01mH - 20H Resolution: 0.01mH
Capacitor ESR: 2uF-50mF Resolution: 0.01 ohm

How to use instructions:
Push "POWER / TEST" to power on and start a test, multiple measurements can be repeated by this key, auto power off 20 seconds after measurement.
Provide three kinds of socket, each socket pin 1, pin 2 and pin 3 are connected.
There is a table "typical ESR value of electrolytic capacitor" at the back, it is for guiding only, these are typical value for standard grade electrolytic capacitor at room temperature.

Calibration:
Short the test pin 1, 2, 3 together and push "POWER / TEST" button, then the screen prompts to enter calibration, push the button again within 2 seconds to confirm.
Few seconds latter the screen prompts to release pin 1, 2, 3, release them and wait for calibration finish.

Hi!
Section 4/g of the user manual deals with the Selection Menu. According to the description the device can generate frequencies up to 2MHz. It can also generate a PWM signal (I can't read the frequency) with duty cycle between 1% and 99%.
Have you tested whether these function really work on this device?

Seemed like it is a pretty solid tester! One thing I noticed; the 123=ECB on the display seemed a bit redundant since the actual diagram included both anyhow.

It is pretty good, just remember to discharge your caps first especially if they are high voltage... or find out the hard way like I did :(
