Pleasure to watch as always. Nevertheless, a few things to improve the technique:
1. Bolting the break rotor in star-shape pattern reduces stress in material.
2. To extract pressed caps in hubs you can use blind hole bearing puller. It would be especially useful for plastic ones.
3. The spoke tension should always be measured with tire deflated and even taken off from edges (yeap, painful with tubeless).

As this guy demonstrates, if the dust cap doesn't come off easily then just leave it and spray and clean with it in situ.

1. Thank you for cleaning the wheel and hub before you started taking it apart!
2. I haven't seen loose bearings on any bike wheel made after 1999!
3. You can just leave the dust caps in place as long as you are able to get the ball bearings out (and back in)
4. Surprised you didn't also remove and service the freehub

What about a 10mm Allan key with a longer shaft to take the cassette off take them bears out and clean and degrease then put some ATF oil on the paws to have a silent ride no clicks.

Can you share the info on which brands of replacement parts manufacturer's do you use/suggest for the:
- Cones,
- Inner Cones,
- Dust cap,
- Bearings,
- Axle.

I don't wont to use low quality parts but don't know what and where to look for.
Any suggestions?
