Wouldn’t it be fun to give a present quilt to a family member when they complain they didn’t get a present for Christmas, then hand them this quilt. This has many presents on it. 👍😄

Another idea: Make it as a lap-sized quilt in fabrics to match a young child's favorite characters/colors for their birthday. It could become their "birthday" quilt to snuggle with or play on, at least for a few years ;)

You made a very pretty block. Thank you.This reminds me of the empty boxes that were wrapped beautifully and placed under the tall thin artificial Christmas tree (in the main part of the public library) for decorations. Someone's unsupervised little boy got under that tree and opened all of those packages; and, he became very upset (and loud) when he did not find anything in any of those boxes. Later, another unsupervised little boy tried to climb that tall thin artificial Christmas. The tree survived; but, the beautifully wrapped boxes did not.

I must be missing something. You said the little white blocks where the bow is attached is 3.5” and the middle white block is 4.5”. So are they 2 blocks cut at 3.5x 3.5 and 1 block cut at 4.5 x 4.5?? How can that be? I’m a new quilter, so a you pls clarify that for we newbies?
