Lily D’Ailleboust, Flight Attendant - Air Canada Express

Lily was born and raised in Mohawk Territory, Kahnawà:ké, just outside of Montreal, Quebec. She fell in love with aviation when one of her good friends became a flight attendant. She immediately began research into the industry and began applying to several airlines. Unfortunately, this was right as the pandemic was beginning, so the search for her new dream career ended in disappointment.

In her mind, she reapplied in the summer of 2021 when airlines were beginning to rehire. This time she was hired by Jazz, graduating from training in December 2021. Lily's career as a Flight Attendant has allowed her to explore many different areas of the country, meet different people, make genuine connections, and have many opportunities. Her goal is to raise awareness about this career for Indigenous people, inspiring them to explore options and showing them that trying something new can lead to many new opportunities. When she is not in the air, Lily enjoys spending time with her daughter and three granddaughters.
