Babysit safelane and harass/kill one of the enemy dual lane2 and drive them back past tower. Safelane carry has 10 minutes freefarm. Check on carry after 10 minutes and you realize he can't last hit. Proceed to rage.

Supporting is wasted effort bellow 3k. When i play with friend wards really do somethin. We smoke a lot the carry farms and everything is alright. But in low and average levels especially in the days od rubberband gold (everyone gets thier 2000gold sare every other won teamfight) your almost better of picking 5 carries. You cant be sure that your safelane is even able to lasthit. Also if you play support correctly, even if you buy wards everytime they are off cd up courier and buy it too, you should still be able to get upgreded boots an urn(every team should have one) and a 2000 gold item at minute 20, if not more
