If you filed a notice of "Intent to file" the effective date is the date of that document and you have up to one year to submit your claim.

I filed a claim feb 2020 for tdiu and increase i had my first c&p exam and it didn't go well so I asked for another one. They granted it and it was a success. I was denied for tdiu but the increase was a success. But they didn't back pay it to Feb they dated to the date of Dec 3rd which was the date of my 2nd c&p exam which they said entitlement arose. Why is that and can I appeal that? Thank you for everything

I just had a board review with a judge in September my case has been ongoing since 2013. I just submitted buddy letters from people that I served with upon the judge’s request. If I am awarded a win and I receive at least 30% will I receive dependent back pay as well?

I got back paid...but I went from 10 to 60.. but I never added dependents. If I call them will they pay me for that

Either they are required to pay you in 15 days or they aren’t. Both things cannot be true.
