This red suv driver must have just landed from Mars! (just what were they thinking) This situation is easily averted by turning right and doing a lap around to exit safely.To top it off after the truck found a safe place to stop the driver had left the scene. Minor damage to the bullbar of truck but nevertheless the driver caused an accident and left the scene after the incident.

All she had to do was just stay on the roundabout and chuck a big yewy and then go out the road she was heading in, instead of turning in front of a truck and another car. But, that is what it's like here in Aus. So many people just can't get their heads around a roundabout.

It's really quite simple... If you miss your turn, just continue straight and follow the road rules.
There's another turn 300 metres down the road. Do a lap of the block and you're back were you need to be, without causing chaos.

Do not give way to the right for three weeks is also an option, first on is the rule, if you are going 60 and coming in you have no right of way if others are on before you, it’s a round about not a give way to the right about.

From the dashcam video, that looks like a tight roundabout with a higher difficulty level, but what that car did was totally unexpected. It's almost as if they wanted to crash. Looking at google maps, I can see 3 lanes on the dashcam side. left lane is straight / left . Second lane is straight only (where the truck was) and 3rd lane (where red car was) is straight and right.
All the red car had to do is go around the roundabout and then exit to the left.

We see it all in Canberra.
- No indicators
- Indicating right to go straight
- “first to roundabout has right of way”
- driving anticlockwise
- surprise late indicator coming on as they turn right
- “what roundabout?!” freight train straight over it

Get in the CORRECT Lane BEFORE the roundabout.

Come to Ontario Canada. Most of the drivers do not know how to use a one lane roundabout, let alone a three lane roundabout. In fact they close one lane on some three lane roundabouts to make them two lane because of dumb drivers.

I don't get how people do not realise that they can go around the roundabout if they are in the wrong lane. It's not hard.
