The true about Fender Squier Contemporary FR

My thought about this guitar.
It’s a great guitar but is not at the level of a pro instrument.
This guitar would need some improvements or updates to get to the next level.

So instead of a boat the output comes out the bottom and it has a 3 way switch instead of a 5 way. They even trimmed the neck block. I always wondered why they just didn’t do that to all of them.

Bro I was looking so long for an explanation about that plate for the jack. I was unsure whether it was active pickups, active preamp or the jack. This was really great news for me since I am building my own body and was gonna switch out the pickups and everything once it's finished. Thank you so much. Amazing video btw. What are the routings for the pickups under the pickguard do you know? Is it HSH? Tried looking everywhere on the internet and can't find the answer haha, thanks

just curious, why would you change the trem? You said it stays in tune well, so why do you want to change it?
