This Daniel Fast Course Can Help You Get Started the Right Way

Today I'm going to share with you how you can make your own very healthy, very satisfying salad dressing. And it really just comes down to two ingredients. And these two ingredients you can start with, and then change the flavor to be your own creation.

So to get started, you just need something to mix it in, we could have just one of our jelly jars, maybe our pint canning jars, we could use these jars, which I love. Because when we do our conferences, and we do a class on salad dressings, because this is kind of a foundational class. And I feel like if you know how to make salad dressings, you know how to make a lot of things. And so this is a jar, I'll put a link to this down below. It's just perfect. It tells you how much to put up oil, how much to add of your next ingredient. And it gives you several recipes on the side. So I love these jars.

So the basic ingredient is going to be you're going to be an oil, so choose the oil of choice. The reason we want oil in our salad dressing, the reason we do not want to be consuming fat free is because there are nutrients in the salad that we need to get into ourselves.

1. Basic Salad Dressing Recipe:

2/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar

2. Pomegranate Salad Dressing Recipe

2/3 cup avocado or olive oil
1/3 cup pomegranate balsamic vinegar
Pinch of salt and pepper

3. French Salad Dressing

2/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey mustard or Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

4. Blackberry Salad Dressing

2/3 cup olive or avocado oil
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dehydrated blackberries

So remember your takeaway is:

1. Oil helps to transport the nutrients in the salad and all of those vegetables into your cells.

2. It helps to have fat in your dressing.

3. It helps to have no artificial in your dressing.

So if you're making it at home, you're going to have no preservatives, and you're going to have a delicious flavor. These are just many reasons why you should be making your own salad dressing at home. The olive oil, the avocado oil, they can be prepper foods you could store up on those your apple cider vinegar,

Thank you for letting me share this with you and enjoy your salad dressings. Enjoy the fact that you can make these anytime you need guests to guest are coming over and you don't have dressing on hand quickly blended up yourself, make it your own and then have the joy of saying hey, I made that myself. And they will say Wow, you are an amazing cook. Well, you're a smart cook.

Thanks for letting me share this with you. Let me know what food would you like me to teach you how to cook? Because I enjoy serving you God's recipe for excellent health.

Love your videos I’ll see u in the next one. Blessings

These dressing sound so good! Healthy fats to also use would be avocados, nuts or seeds in their whole foods state. A high-powered blender or nutibullet works well for blending with these. Also, chewing your salad well and/or chopping it breaks down the cell walls and more nutrients available. Thank you for so much healthy information.

I have made my own ranch dressing for many years, right now is 46 and going through menopause and whenever I get very many oils in my diet, the Hot Flashes go crazy. Any suggestions?
