All of your original, “X techniques in Y minute” type videos were instrumental in my grappling success starting back in like 2012. At the time, and to this day, I hate long winded technique videos. I’ve always learned from watching people move and trying to feel the movement and then I can usually recreate it after that. Anyway, seeing you physically flow through techniques was what helped me learn when 5 minute class techniques with all these in your head little thinking requirements almost turned me away from the sport

Agility would be the main way. Bench press wont make you agile and aware of your body, much like jumping jacks wont develop leg strength as well as barbell squats. So basically its important for a fighter to develop many kinds of strength/conditioning. These drills will help with that.
