Retiring is great but before retiring you should have saved enough so that you won't start all over again.

Good calculator. Few points to note. Inflation 8% is good. Some might suggest lesser % but don't reduce it. Life expectancy can be kept at 85(planning for higher age is better than planning till 75 and having no money after 75). In IT industry, it's going to be hard to work till 60. 50 is a good age for retirement planning. Expenses are not going to reduce in retirement. Things like medicines and other things might add to existing expenses in 30s

Your Retirement Plan is good and appreciated. You all talk about saving throughout for your own life only. However I find greatest Joy in sponsoring poor and needy student for the partial fees, eggs and milk, study table. Uniform, coaching, laptop, IT classes etc. clothing and warm bedding to road side beggars and poor women and children. Help to NGOs doing welfare activities, old age home, orphanages, and admission in hostel for the Children of the CSWs.
Our needs are less as we grow older and we stay simple but reach in helping poor & needy. This is our deliberate life pattern.
