Chicken and potatoes looks great. The thighs have so much more flavor than the breasts. I use the thighs more often than I use the breasts. 😊

Never use cooking wine. It's mostly salt. And then you add more salt??? If you can't stand the taste of the wine plain, do not cook with it. The flavor doesn't change
