This panel is hands down the best way you can speed up your workflow on Illustrator due to its flexibility and ease to use, and today I'll show you all about it in this quick Illustrator tutorial.

The Properties Panel is a context-based panel, meaning that the information shown within it changes based on the tool or object you have selected. It's basically all panels in one! With it, you have access to the align tools, the pathfinder, the transform panel, fills, strokes, type, paragraph and even options from the preferences menu. Ain't it a a beauty?

I'm just happy that I found your channel. I work in Illustrator for more than 10 years but I haven't EVER used Properties panel always using only specific tools and wasting much space for their placement on the screen. Just a very big pity that Properties panel is SO functional only in Illustrator - have immediately tried this in InDesign and Photoshop and this panel in these apps is way less useful.
