In January 2017, we formed a band to lead a worship service coinciding with the annual Celtic Connections music festival in Glasgow, Scotland. For the last 4 years we have had the honour and privilege of leading worship at Adelaide Place Baptist Church for the local church community as well as visitors from far and wide.

From our debut album ‘Homeward’, and set to footage of our annual praise night in Glasgow, February 2020, ‘How Great Thou Art’ is one of the most powerful lyrical depictions of God’s love, power, faithfulness and glory! Again, it has been an honour and privilege to share this timeless hymn with you. Soli Deo Gloria.

My daughter had brain cancer and didn't have much of a chance. We were pretty sure she was dying, but felt constrained in all our efforts. It broke me. I pretty much gave up on God. How could He abandon me and my family in this awful situation? I offered up one last meager prayer of desperation and then started to rest into my agnostic heart. When my dear sweet Rachel's heart stopped beating while in my arms in our living room, my own heart stopped for the very same moment. I will never forget so much about the very early morning in June just 8 short years ago. The thing I will remember the most is when I felt my entire being--- every fiber--- bow in deep awe and respect for the glorious being that had come to take my daughter home. And for just a moment, I got to peak into heaven and converse with my Heavenly Father. When they say "every knee shall bow", I know why. His glory is undeniable. We have a Savior. He is very real. And He loves me and my family enough to come take my Rachel safely to heaven. Until we meet again, my dear angel. 😭
