Banana bread is one of the greatest snacks of all time, someone convince me otherwise. I like it in a loaf, as a muffin and most recently, in a mug :) I hope you enjoy this insanely delicious easy dessert!

1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbs milk
1 tbs coconut or regular sugar
Chocolate chips (optional)
Microwave for 1.5 minutes

I have a ton of bananas so I tried numerous microwave banana mug breads... I have to say that THIS is the best one. DON'T forget the salt and instead of baking powder, you can use 1/2 tsp baking soda + 1 tbsp of vinegar + a bit of extra sugar. The vinegar adds a new depth, trust me

It's dangerous how easy and fast this is to make❤

I made this, (eating it currently lol) and MANNN ITS SO I did put it in for an extra one minute cuz it didn’t seem completely cooked but it has no raw eggs so it would have been fine either way! Thank you so much! ❤️❤️

Tip: Use Half a Banana. It didn’t work for me because my mashed banana outweighed the flour mixture. xD But it’s still edible. I put mine in a mini loaf tin and oven baked it.

Omg this is so AMAZING!!! I didn’t have any vanilla extract so I just used honey, and I didn’t have any coconut sugar so I used brown sugar and it’s like literally heaven in your mouth
